Latest update: 2 November 2015
On the bottom of your (Lehmann) LGB rolling stock, there is a little gold ‘OK’ sticker which has a batch code on it. The six numbers on that sticker indicate the production date of your model.
- 1st and 6th digit: Year of manufucture
- 2nd and 3th digit: Unknown
- 4th and 5th digit: Month of manufacture
Example: O.K. 901045 = Produced in April ’95.
Note: Rolling stock produced by Märklin feature a different sticker, which – to my knowledge – cannot be used to determine the manufacture date.
